At Torpedo Junction, our vision is to bring fresh and dried organically grown herbs to our neighbors and the visitors of Hatteras Village, NC. For anyone local seeking high-quality, all-natural herbs, feel free to reach out to us before our store opens and we can get you fresh cut herbs.

Our dried herbs are in the dehydrator within minutes of being cut. After a quick rinse, these organic herbs are dried and packaged within 24 hours of harvest.
Dried Italian Flat Leaf
It's so hard to pluck such beautiful fresh parsley out of the garden and not showcase it to customers and friends just cut, but the demand for dried parsley is there, too and we are committed to the age-old Italian wisdom I learned about cooking another lifetime ago that, "If you start with the best ingredients, you will end with the best dishes." So...these magnificent fresh cut herbs above, go to the dehydrator. It's just the way it is.
Dried Italian Oregano
Mild, sweet and slightly spicy, this Italian Oregano is perfect on pizzas or sprinkled in a Sunday sauce. We are debuting a spice blend in the fall that is meant for pizza, take out or homemade.
Rosemary is a fragrant shrub with needle-like leaves with herbal and pine-like notes. Perfect for meats and stews. Our dried Rosemary is milder and should be tossed into soups and stews with longer cooking times.

We were going to offer Reaper Rubble but realized it must be turned into dust for our customers to be able to enjoy it. Breaking down the rubble was extremely taxing to the eyes and that pesky need to breath.

Production doesn't stop in Hatteras just because it's cold out there.
