At StoneAgers Farms we grow all of our vegetables without any pesticides or chemicals. We use natural products to combat the various garden pests that threaten our crops. They warned me that processing these little devils was a challenge. Everything was going as planned until they hit the grinder, reducing the dehydrated peppers into dust. Even with a towel over the grinder, grinding outside, wearing an N95 mask and goggles, I had trouble seeing and breathing due to the fine mist of pepper spray I was creating. A labor of love for all those Reaper fans out there.

Ice and vodka are optional, but the Virgin mix is out of this world. This is the moment our taste tester felt the "creep of the reap" He "biggied it" on the Cheezy Reaper Powder right out of the gate and immediately remembered my warning: Respect the Reaper. (Notice his bucket is still full? How much popcorn did Gabe actually enjoy?)
Cheese and heat are meant to be together, so we mix up it up fair and balanced like in this mix so the reaper doesn't overpower your tastebuds and you can enjoy as much Cheezy Reaper popcorn as you desire.

The Ultimate taco, burrito or what we did here, an exceptional Carne Asada Torta seasoning. We rubbed a 2 lb. flank steak with some oil and just a teaspoon or two of the Ultimate Carolina Reaper Taco and Chili Mix, grilled it and served it on a big roll with some house-made pico de gallo and guacamole. It was as good as it looks.
Try this mix on it's own, or sprinkle a little over your favorite recipes for tacos, chili, burritos and my favorite, fajitas. It's fantastic in guacamole, rice and over grilled pepper and onions, too!Z
